Mars Madness

Join us for Mars Madness on the fourth Wednesday of every month. Admission to The Children’s Museum will be FREE to the general public from 3:00 - 6:00 PM. Test out some of the classroom programs and other activities that we have developed to support our Mars exhibit. You can choose to try Dig-In (about Mars soil), Take Flight (about gliders), or build a Martian surface. All three classes will be offered throughout along with the “Invaders of Mars” planetarium show at 3:30PM, 4:30PM, and 5:30PM. Pre-registration is not necessary.
Activities are recommended for kids 8 and older. Note that most regular museum exhibits will shut down at 4:00 PM. | |

 Telescope Parties
Description: Invite your friends over for an evening of star gazing! View the sky through large, professional telescopes guided by an expert astronomer. Spend three hours or more scanning the stars with up to thirty friends. Telescope parties are perfect for birthdays or anniversaries!
