Bobby the Box Turtle’s art benefits
The Children’s Museum

Who knew a box turtle could paint?  Bobby, who lives at Turtle Town, has turned out to be quite the abstract expressionist!  He paints in view of museum visitors to raise awareness about the risks wild box turtles face in Connecticut.

Frame Dimensions in West Hartford Center recently hosted Bobby’s first-ever art show and donated the beautiful framing for the six works presented.  Each piece is signed by Bobby, named by the Museum’s wildlife sanctuary staff, and includes a fact about box turtles related to the work’s title.  The pieces are available to view at Frame Dimensions through the spring of 2008.

Bobby’s art makes a wonderful gift for the abstract art or turtle lover!  Call Frame Dimensions (860.232.2120) to arrange to view his art and perhaps support the Museum with a purchase!
