Road Race

Grades 3 - 4
Investigate forces and energy while building a car with LEGO® bricks. Using an inclined plane, students put their cars to the test in a distance race against their classmates.

Students work with an inclined plane and wheel & axles in this hands-on investigation into why some racing car designs are better than others. They will identify forces that power and ultimately stop a car.
