Registration
Small Group Camp-In
When you register as a small group, we combine your group with other small groups to meet the minimum number of campers (adults and children) required for a Camp-In (60 total campers).
Payment Policy
- $30/person scouts and adults
- Minimum group fee of $300 for groups of fewer than 10 participants (scouts and adults)
- 50% of total is due within two weeks of making reservation.
- Final payment is due six weeks prior to the Camp-In date.
- We accept Visa®, MasterCard, checks, and cash.
Refund Policy
- The Children’s Museum does not issue refunds for deposits or final payments.
- Groups are encouraged to book conservatively. You are responsible for your total numbers booked.
- If space is available, you may increase your scout/adult numbers by contacting the Registration Department.
Private Facility Camp-In
Private Facility Camp-In Fee
Your group is the only group at The Museum. When you reserve a Private Facility Camp-In, one leader must serve as the contact person.
Payment Policy
- $3,200 Flat Fee for up to 130 people.
- Please be aware, upon making a reservation, that you are responsible for the total amount of $3,200.
- Within 2 weeks of making your reservation, a deposit of $1,600 is due.
- Within 4 weeks of your reservation, the remaining balance of $1,600 is due.
- We accept Visa®, MasterCard, checks, and cash.
Refund Policy
The Children’s Museum does not issue refunds for deposits or final payments.
